Recovery & Sauna

Why We Chose a Traditional Sauna

At The Garden MMA, we believe in real recovery — not trends. Infrared saunas have become popular for convenience, but they don’t create the same deep, full-body heat that promotes true circulation and detoxification. Infrared heat only warms the skin’s surface, which can leave the body dehydrated without the therapeutic cardiovascular benefits of a traditional sauna. Our traditional sauna, heated with stones and water, generates real steam that penetrates the muscles, opens pores, improves blood flow, and supports natural recovery after hard training. It’s the same method used for centuries by athletes and warriors — simple, powerful, and proven to restore the body from the inside out.
