💳 Payment Notice – Please Read Before Submitting
At Garden MMA, we currently accept debit cards and ACH bank transfers only for all memberships and trial sign-ups. Credit cards are not accepted at this time.
- Prepaid cards, gift cards, and virtual cards are not supported for recurring payments. Please ensure you’re using a debit card or ACH bank transfer.
- If a payment fails (due to expired card, insufficient funds, etc.), we will reach out with a reminder.
- A $15 fee may be applied if the payment is not resolved within 3 days.
- Access to classes may be temporarily paused until the balance is cleared.
We’re a small, family-run academy, and your timely payments help us maintain the quality and consistency of our services.

❌ Cancellation Policy & Billing Info
Cancellation Notice
We plan our programs and staffing based on active memberships. If you need to cancel your membership:
- Please provide 7 days’ notice before your next billing date.
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing via text or email.
- No verbal or last-minute cancellations will be accepted.
- If you're on a contracted plan (e.g., Founding Member ACH), you are responsible for completing the full contract term.
đź’¸ Past-Due Invoices
We understand that life happens! However, please note:
- Past-due payments are still owed even if access to classes is paused.
- Your billing date will remain the same. This means your next payment is due on the regular date, and any past-due balance must still be paid to continue your membership.
- We will notify you immediately via text or email if your payment fails.
- You’ll have a 3-day grace period to resolve the issue.
- After 3 days, a $15 late fee will be added to your outstanding balance.
- If the invoice is still unpaid after 7 days, your access to classes will be paused until payment is made.
To avoid any interruption, please ensure your billing info is up to date or reach out if you need assistance.
